Personal training -  $75/hour or  $675 for 10*
Personal training -  $550 for ten 45 minute sessions*

Semi-personal training - 2 people-  $45 each  or $405 for 10*
Semi-personal training - 3 people-  $30 each or  $270 for 10*

​Diane's classes are small, to give you the personal attention you deserve.  Nine students at a time are the maximum allowed in her regular classes.  If you're looking for a private setting with small classes, you've found it right here!

Buns & Guns
Mondays | 12–1 pm

A well-rounded workout blending strength training and cardio to help you build endurance, strength, and improve your overall fitness. You'll move through a variety of exercises designed to challenge your body in a supportive, encouraging environment, with options offered so you can work at a level that feels right for you.  The class concludes with 10 minutes of stretching to help your body recover and feel great. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Butts & Guts
Tuesdays | 10:45–11:30 am

​Designed to help you build strength in the abdominal and gluteal muscles — the key stabilizers that support your spine and protect you from injury in everyday life. You'll learn proper form so you don't strain your neck or back.
Each session begins with a purp
oseful warm-up before moving into targeted strengthening. We finish with 10 minutes of stretching so you'll leave feeling  both strong and flexible.
Suitable for all fitness levels, this class offers a fun and supportive environment where you can safely build strength and reduce the risk of injury.

Easy Peasy Stretch
Wednesdays | 9:15–10 am

Perfect for anyone who wants to move more freely and feel less restricted in their body .
While this is not a yoga class, it’s a wonderful way to prepare your muscles and connective tissue for yoga — or to make your current poses feel smoother, more comfortable, and more enjoyable.
Suitable for all fitness levels — whether you’re brand new to movement or already active and looking to enhance how your body feels and performs.

Restorative Yoga
Thursdays | 12–1 pm

Designed for deep relaxation. Nearly all poses are supported, and done in lying-down positions using bolsters, balls, and straps so you can rest in total comfort. You’ll stay in each pose for 5–10 minutes, allowing your body and nervous system to soften and unwind.
Sometimes I’ll come around and offer to gently rub hands, feet, or foreheads to enhance relaxation. Other times you'll be guided through a peaceful meditation or some calming breath work to help quiet the mind and deepen your sense of rest.     Suitable for all fitness levels.

Moosh the Goosh
Fri
days | 12–1 pm
Ongoing myofascial release class, exclusively for those who have gone through the introductory Myofascial Release classes which are offered every so often.   Click here to learn more about the intro classes.

Special group class - If  you'd like to gather a group of friends together for a  private class, I can cater to your group! 
Perfect for a girls getaway weekend in the beautiful SYV.  $140/hour.
