Butts & Guts - This 45 minute class focuses on working the abdominal and gluteal muscles, intelligently so you don't get hurt! It starts with warming up, and ends with stretching.
Restorative Yoga - This class is almost all laying down poses, using bolsters, balls and straps to support you in pure comfort while you relax for 5-10 minutes in each pose. It feels lovely. Sometimes I come around to rub hands, feet, or forehead. Sometimes I talk you thru a lovely guided meditation. Sometimes we do breath work.
Beginning Yoga - This class is a wonderful way to get introduced to the basics of yoga. We take time to investigate the poses and learn the whys of what we do, while working to improve our overall posture, keep you safe, and help heal your body.
Buns & Guns - A basic exercise class, combining strength training with cardio. Class includes 10 minutes of abdominal work and 10 minutes of stretching at the end. This class is for mature women of all fitness levels.
Easy Peasy Stretch- For anyone who wants to become more flexible. This is not a yoga class, but is a great way to prepare you for yoga or improve your yoga poses.
Special group class - If you'd like to gather a group of friends together for a special, private class, I can cater to your group!
Perfect for a girls getaway weekend in the beautiful SYV. $110/hour.
