Myofascial Release

What is Myofascial Release (MFR)?
MFR is a therapy that releases tension in muscles and fascia. Fascia is the dense, web-like connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, bones, and organs. Normally it’s soft and stretchy, but things like injuries, inflammation, poor posture and repetitive stress can make it stiff and restrictive, causing pain and limiting mobility.
Usually, people think of going to a massage therapist or physical therapist to receive this type of bodywork. But I have good news! You can do it for yourself!

Periodically, I teach  a 3 part series of MFR. 
Class 1)    for neck and shoulders
Class 2) for hips and back
​Class 3) for knees and feet


Cost:  $25 per class, or  all 3 modules for $60
Of course you can always learn it with a personal training session.
